The Celebrity Xcel, the latest Edge-class vessel from Celebrity Cruises, is designed to seamlessly transition between tropical and European voyages. For its Caribbean itineraries, the ship will homeport in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, offering seven-night escapes to destinations like the Bahamas, Mexico, and St. Maarten. During the summer seasons, the Xcel repositions to the Mediterranean, sailing from Barcelona and Athens to explore the coastlines of Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the French Riviera. Onboard, passengers can experience several unique highlight features, including the Magic Carpet—a signature floating bar and dining platform cantilevered over the ocean—alongside an expanded adults-only pool area, the lush, multi-sensory Eden Restaurant at the ship's stern, and a brand-new three-story, multi-use venue known as The Bazaar.
