Anticipated to launch in 2028 as the last vessel on order in MSC Group's luxury Explora Journeys fleet, the Explora VI is currently under construction, meaning its official homeports and inaugural itineraries have not yet been formally announced. However, following the blueprint of its sister ships, it is expected to offer immersive, expedition-style journeys through regions like the Mediterranean, the Baltic, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Onboard, this ultra-luxurious, yacht-style ship will boast several standout features, including industry-leading liquid hydrogen fuel cells designed for zero-emission port operations. Guests will also be able to enjoy an expansive Ocean Wellness Spa spanning over 7,500 square feet, nine distinct culinary venues, and more than 27,000 square feet of outdoor deck space featuring 64 private cabanas and four swimming pools—including a midship pool nestled safely beneath a retractable glass roof.
